If you received a gift token (value-code) for PointShop.co.uk, you must remember to enter this value-code when you create your membership. This is because the value-code can only be used upon creation of a new member account. Once you have entered the value-code you will now have points in your account equivalent to the value of the value-code. Once this is done, just click on to the shop and pay for the products you want with the points from your account.
If your membership has been deleted without your involvement, it is because PointShop.co.uk‘s rules and regulations have been violated .

Furthermore, a zero tolerance policy will be used for members who attempt to abuse PointShop.co.uk. These members are deleted and blocked from PointShop.co.uk. In particularly extreme cases the information will be passed on to the relevant authorities.
