What are suppliers?


We at PointShop.co.uk do not have our own stock, instead we cooperate with a number of suppliers (typically other web shops) who deliver our products for us. By using suppliers it allows us to offer a much greater selection of products than we could do otherwise.


When you order via PointShop.co.uk‘s shop, you pay with the points from your account. the order is then sent directly to our supplier, who is in charge of the shipment of the order.


If you have any questions regarding a product or an order, you can ask them at PointShop.co.uk, just go to ´My purchases´ contact the supplier via a web form and shortly after that you will get a response directly from the supplier.

How do I pay for things in the shop?


You pay with the points on your account. It is not possible to buy on credit or to overdraft your account at PointShop.co.uk. See ‘earn points´on the menu tab to find out different ways you can earn points for your account.

How do I see my order status/order number?


Under the menu tab ´shop´ you will find ´my purchases’, here you will find details regarding all of your past orders. Order numbers will be needed as a reference for any support enquiries concerning your order as well the order’s status and the eventual shipment date.

You will automatically receive an email if the status of your order changes, this will be sent to the email address registered under your membership.

It is also possible to send an enquiry regarding the status of an order, or any other questions you may have from here.


When will my order be sent?


Typically within 2-4 weekdays (Mon-Fri). Bank holidays should also be taken into account.

Why have I received an email saying that my order was cancelled due to suspicion of abuse?


All orders are manually approved by PointShop.co.uk‘s staff. Your account is searched for irregularities which can cause suspicion of abuse. If it is concluded that the order has been purchased with points that have been earned via abuse, the order will be cancelled.


I have received a value-code/gift token to the shop, how do I use it?


If you received a gift token (value-code) for PointShop.co.uk, you must remember to enter this value-code when you create your membership. This is because the value-code can only be used upon creation of a new member account. Once you have entered the value-code you will now have points in your account equivalent to the value of the value-code. Once this is done, just click on to the shop and pay for the products you want with the points from your account.


I did not receive the correct product that I ordered.


If you have received another product than the one you have ordered you must contact PointShop.co.uk‘s supplier via the point shop. This can be found under ‘shop’ and then ‘My purchases’. Once you have done this an investigation will be opened.


I have not received my order.


If your order has not been received within 7 working days of shipment, please contact PointShop.co.uk‘s supplier. This can be done under ‘shop’ then click on ‘My purchases´.


Can I shop at PointShop.co.uk without being a member?


No.


No. However, it is free of change, quick and easy to create a membership at PointShop.co.uk.


Will a postage/service fee be added to my purchase?


No. The price of the product you can see on the website is also the one you pay, no credit cards are needed. All of the prices for the products are given in points and you do not have to pay any postage or service fees. PointShop.co.uk is a postage and service fee free zone!.
