If you don’t have a mobile phone then you can get number guarantee by contacting PointShop.co.uk through your landline telephone connection. Once we have this number, we will contact you with regards to your number guarantee.

I have ordered a number guarantee code by text message but I still haven’t received the code. What now?


Depending on your mobile phone network it can take up to a day before you receive the number guarantee code. More often than not, you will receive the code within a few minutes.


Please make sure you have entered the correct mobile phone number.


Can I use another mobile phone number other than my own?


No, the number guarantee must be from your own mobile phone number.
